Work with us in 2022-23

Express your interest in our programmes and partnerships.

We're now halfway through our first year of operations and our thoughts are starting to turn to our second. We know how early planning starts in schools, so we are now taking expressions of interest for all our programmes.

You can let us know if you anticipate employing one or more Early Career Teachers next year and wish to work with us to provide their induction programme, which includes training and ongoing support for mentors.

You can also let us know if you want to sign up to our Appropriate Body programme, which includes advice and training from experienced AB reviewers.

Our NPQs have been popular this year, and we're excited to find out more about the new qualifications Leading Early Years and Leading Literacy once the approved providers are confirmed by DfE in April.

We’re also keen to develop the talent we know exists in our region. We don’t just provide professional development and support for schools; we also train and develop middle and senior leaders to facilitate our programmes, from NPQs to the ECT Programme.

We currently have facilitators from across Norfolk delivering programme content on behalf of our Hub, from classroom teachers to Chief Executives. If you want to benefit from the ongoing training, support, and coaching that we and our delivery partners provide, please do let us know.

The Julian Teaching School Hub is here to serve schools and educators at all stages of their careers. Our values are:

  • A relentless focus on professional development
  • Learning and growth for all
  • Partnerships between learning organisations
  • Fidelity with intelligent adaptation.

This means that we work with you to contextualise our programmes so that they are relevant for you.

If you’d like to work with us, please complete our expression of interest form, and a member of the team will be in touch.
