Founded by teachers in 2012, the Teacher Development Trust (TDT) is the national charity for effective professional development in schools and colleges. Key achievements include the Developing Great Teaching report (2015), the CPD Standards, and the CPD Excellence Hubs. The TDT network is re-shaping views of teacher professionalism and transforming school improvement processes based on research into the most effective practices. 

The TDT Norfolk Regional CPD Hub is the first Hub of its kind in Norfolk and is facilitated by Ali Banks, Deputy Director of CPD and Training at Notre Dame High School; and Jason Brand, Assistant Principal at Hellesdon High School. Ali and Jason have both completed the TDT Associate Qualification in CPD Leadership.​

Hub meetings create safe environments for school leaders and CPD leaders to share and collaborate. They open up new dialogues between schools in order to share best practice, develop expertise and build up strong local communities dedicated to professional learning.​

​The meetings are half-termly with the next one being on Thursday 14 October at 3.30pm, via Zoom.​
