Welcome

Hello! And welcome to the final Early Career Teacher Programme newsletter of this year. We send these half-termly, keeping you up to date with all things Early Career Teachers.

An extra-special welcome to those of you receiving this newsletter for the first time: our brand new Induction Coordinators and mentors, joining the programme to support ECTs starting in September - we're looking forward to working with you.

In this issue we're sharing updates and information from Ambition Institute; introducing our NPQs for 2022-23, and sharing plans for next year from Norwich Research School.

For the final time this year: thank you for all you're doing to make our ECTs feel welcome and supported in the profession. We hope you have a wonderful summer.
