Hello! And welcome to the final Early Career Teacher Programme newsletter of this year. We send these half-termly, keeping you up to date with all things Early Career Teachers.
An extra-special welcome to those of you receiving this newsletter for the first time: our brand new Induction Coordinators and mentors, joining the programme to support ECTs starting in September - we're looking forward to working with you.
In this issue we're sharing updates and information from Ambition Institute; introducing our NPQs for 2022-23, and sharing plans for next year from Norwich Research School.
For the final time this year: thank you for all you're doing to make our ECTs feel welcome and supported in the profession. We hope you have a wonderful summer.

We will be adding mentor conference 2 catch up materials to StepLab for those of you who were unable to attend live; please ensure you work through these as soon as you can.
We will be adding ECT clinic 3 catch up materials to StepLab for those ECTs who couldn't attend this week - please encourage your ECTs to complete these.
As a reminder, you can find details of all upcoming events assigned to you on MyAmbition - please also remind your ECTs of this.
