This half term we have clinics for ECTs, mentor conference 2 for 2022-23 starters, and induction conferences for September 2023 starters.

PLEASE READ THE SECTION OF THIS EMAIL THAT CORRESPONDS TO WHEN YOU/YOUR ECT BEGAN THE PROGRAMME.

We are surveying induction tutors (previously known as Induction Coordinators), mentors, and ECTs to find out what you think of the programme. Please take a moment to complete the survey - we use these to continually improve our service, and we also feed back to Ambition Institute. Please take this opportunity to have your voice heard.

Spotlight on... Graduation!

This term marks the graduation of our very first ECT Programme cohort! 120 early career teachers are expected to complete their induction programme with us this term, along with around 80 mentors - and we are so proud of each and every one of them.

Thank you so much for supporting them through the programme - we couldn't do it without you.

September 2023 starters

Induction Tutors (previously known as Induction Coordinators):

Induction Tutor training for Induction Tutors new to the programme: 3, 12 July; 13, 27 September (you only need to attend once).

Mentors:

Mentor induction conference for mentors new to the programme: 4, 10 July; 12, 14 September (you only need to attend once).

ECTs:

ECT induction conference: 26, 28 September; 4 October (your ECT only needs to attend once).

January 2023 starters

Mentors:

Mentor conference 2: 19, 20 June (you only need to attend once).

ECTs:

ECT clinic 3: 26, 27, 28 June 4-5pm, online.

ECTs have been added to the relevant clinic date and will be sent joining instructions. They can also check their clinic information on MyAmbition, under 'My Events'.
