Now that we are half-way through the term, school induction tutors may be seeing short-term absences among their mentors. In these instances, we don’t want ECTs to miss out on their coaching. Therefore, we have introduced a tag-team coaching function which allows induction tutors to step in with coaching during this period. And the great news is that this will continue to count towards engagement for the mentor being covered.
