Now more than ever, we are looking to our Teaching Assistants to support the addressing of gaps in learning in Reading, Mathematics and across all areas of learning. This programme, which is shaped by the latest educational research, will maximise the potential impact TAs can have on improvement and outcomes in Reading, Writing and Mathematics and in supporting learning across the curriculum. This programme will ensure that TAs are equipped with the knowledge, skills and strategies which are required to support quality first teaching and enable pupils to get back on track.
