Apply to become an NPQ facilitator!

We are looking to recruit facilitators and coaches who will lead National Professional Qualification (NPQ) and Additional Support Offer (ASO) cohorts starting in 2022-23.

What kind of people we are looking for?

NPQ facilitators are outstanding leaders, with at least three years’ experience in a role relating to the qualification/programme for which they facilitate and assess. They also have strong knowledge of the evidence base underpinning common areas for school improvement.

Our facilitators have a commitment to system leadership work, the capacity to undertake such work, and have the full support of their employer. Recruitment process

  • Recruitment is via the short (estimated time to complete: 30mins) application form which you can download below. Please note the need for a referee whose completed reference must be submitted by the deadline
  • Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a short online interview
  • Following interviews, successful applicants will begin their induction with the Julian Teaching School Hub, before receiving induction training with our national lead provider in Autumn 2022.
