Why are we running this event?

We know that retention and recruitment is an ongoing topic of conversation within the sector. Furthermore, the gaps within the sector, including the gender pay gap, the diversity gap and the flexible working gap are requiring employers to do things differently and think differently towards talent management, succession planning and recruitment.

What are we exploring as part of the event?

We aim to provide:

• An understanding of what inclusive recruitment is and why it is important.
• A range of strategies, tips and experiences to ensure your workforce is diverse and that your workplace is inclusive.
• A range of perspectives including storytelling of experiences from both an applicant and recruiter’s perspective.
