Royal Opera House Cultural Champions Programme
Funded training in King's Lynn and West Norfolk.
Each year Royal Opera House Bridge offers, to a select number of regions, their Cultural Champions training: a year-long programme for primary school middle leaders which aims to improve and evolve the strategic direction of creative and cultural learning in their school.
The Cultural Champions Programme originated as part of the highly successful Thurrock Trailblazer Programme and over the last two years has been piloted nationally. The middle leadership programme, for those interested or currently leading change in creative or cultural learning, consists of 12 hours of virtual or live CPDL focusing on the individual's understanding of leading change and their own personal development. Alongside this, all settings involved in the programme can undertake training in the Royal Opera House Create and Learn Programmes. This provides Cultural Champions the opportunity to explore how different programmes can be successfully developed and embedded within their school setting.
For next academic year, this programme is being offered in the King's Lynn and West Norfolk area. You can download more information below, and express your interest here.
