Spotlight on... NPQSL
Delivered in partnership with the Teacher Development Trust (TDT).
What's in it for me?
The NPQSL is designed for those who are, or aspire to be, a senior leader with cross-school or cross-trust responsibilities. It contains modules on school culture, behaviour, organisational management, governance and accountability, and more.
You'll gain a nationally recognised, prestigious, government-backed senior leadership qualification that will help you progress in your career. Through a blended learning experience, designed to fit around your role, you'll learn how to lead everything from whole school programmes to specialist areas.
Facilitation and support are provided by serving school leaders and the Julian Teaching School Hub, guiding you to strengthen your expertise as a senior leader, helping you to support a culture where pupils and staff can thrive, learning how to bring staff with you on the journey.
