Research opportunity: coaching for trainee and early career teachers

Ambition Institute is running an exciting new research project to improve how teachers receive feedback during their professional development. We are looking for early career and initial teacher trainees to take part. Primary and secondary teachers are eligible.

What's involved?

You will take part in a 30–45-minute online session. During the session, you will practice some evidence-based teaching practices on reading instruction, and receive feedback from an experienced instructor. No experience is necessary: the techniques designed to support teachers in reading instruction are applicable across secondary settings as well as primary, as teachers continue to support pupils who are developing fluency. You will also answer a brief survey about your experience and professional development.
