The Julian Teaching School Hub takes wellbeing seriously: our own, and that of the teachers and leaders in the schools that choose to work with us. Whether you're an ECT, mentor, induction tutor, or NPQ participant, we want you to know that your mental health and wellbeing is a priority for us.

Workplace wellbeing can be affected by many things, but better wellbeing tends to be associated with good line management, manageable workload, access to professional development, feeling listened to and respected, and physical and psychological safety. A sense of belonging is also key for good physical and mental health.
