Ambition Institute is expecting their ECT programme to be inspected by Ofsted this term. Whilst the inspection will focus on Ambition Institute as a 'lead provider' of the early career framework, rather than on any of our ECTs, mentors or their schools, they will still need our help and support during the inspection.  

When they get The Call, they will let the Julian TSH know, and we will be in touch with a survey link from Ofsted asking you to share your views – can we please ask that you fill this out promptly. The inspectors will also want to meet with or observe a small number of participants. If you are selected, we will contact you separately and will support you throughout the process.  

Above all, we want to make sure you feel comfortable and confident throughout the inspection, however you are involved with it. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
