Ten colleagues in the East of England have benefited this year from one of The MTPT Project’s Cradle to Classroom programmes, as part of our offer to colleagues during, and following the parental leave period.

This partnership gives state school colleagues fully-funded access to three coaching and workshop offers designed to support them as they navigate their parenting journey:

• Group coaching during the parental leave period
• Return to Work workshops
• Group coaching (Sustain and Grow) for colleagues back at work with children aged 5 or younger.

Cohorts and workshops run throughout the academic year, and recorded access is available to support those who cannot make the live dates.
