Two opportunities to take part in research to help shape and improve CPD delivery.
Opportunity 1: Delivering in-house training research
The department is looking to understand the experiences, challenges, and needs of staff delivering in-house training in schools and colleges, and to use these insights to inform the development of a package to support delivery of in-house training on SEND and inclusion.
Who can take part:
Anyone involved in delivering in-house training to teaching or support staff in schools. This includes SENCOs, curriculum or programme leads, leaders, teachers and middle leaders.

Opportunity 2: Professional development courses research
The department is looking for teachers and leaders to test and give feedback on a new digital service for finding and registering for department-funded courses. Sessions will be 1-to-1 and held online. As a thank you for taking part, you will receive a shopping voucher.
Who can take part:
- Teachers who have completed their induction
- Leadership with whole-school responsibilities (e.g. Headteachers, Assistant Headteachers, SLT).
